Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 7 days.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipment method, estimated delivery time, and shipment cost varies.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Upon fulfillment of an order, a shipping confirmation and tracking number will be automatically sent to the email provided.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Please be aware that delays may be imposed by your country’s customs clearance. Chibi Monster is not responsible for paying any fees or rates charged by customs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Delayed or Lost Orders
A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days for US orders and 21 business days for international orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.
Damages
Chibi Monster is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
